descriptionWork DescriptionDeck Replacement to be Completed as Follows:1. Demo the existing deck floors, steps, railings, posts and staircase system then haul away all related debris. Note: Scope of work includes demo of the existing framing.2. Clean and prep all grounds needed.3. Revise the existing framing as needed to "center" the deck with the back sliding glass doors and to make sure the new deck is between the two windows. 4. Design, build and install a new 16x12 deck using treated lumber to include floors, steps, railings, posts and staircase system with a landing that will return towards the back yard.5. Ensure all surfaces are secure and properly installed upon completion of the project.6. Labor, disposal fees, treated lumber, hardware and materials are inclusive.
