Design, build and install new deck to include posts, railings, floors and steps. Note: new deck will have a staircase and landing on the West section instead of going back across the entire back side of the home. We will do something creative around the hot tub area at the bottom of the landing. 4. New posts will be installed below grade and back filled with concrete. 5. Treated lumber will be used for all materials.
