Provide and install new outlets, covers, and smoke detectors. -Supply and install new 60,000BTU 80% Furnace, 2-Ton Condenser, New Line-sets, Ductwork, Registers, and Grilles. -Supply and install new 40GAL water heater, fiberglass tub, traps, and sinks. -Remove and replace all angle stops and water shut-offs with new. -Install new insulation per current energy code on demising walls and exterior space. -Provide and install (3) windows and add new sill. -Install new matching drywall per code mud, tape, and texture. Approx. with waste 5,120SF -Install new slab doors throughout apartment to match existing. -Install new upgraded cabinets and vanities with slow close and upgraded hardware. -Install new white veined quartz countertops and vanities. -Provide and install new appliances, range, and hood similar to existing. -Install new flooring throughout to match existing LVT/Carpet. -Install new casing, base trim, and quarter round. -IGC to prep and paint all walls and doors to owners standard color (2) coats. -Supply and install (3) new sets of blinds. -IGC to keep site clean and remove all debris. Exclusions: -Structural repairs of any kind. -Work not noted above.
