Work Description

Roof overlay of existing one layerInstall slip sheet over existing one layer of modbit. Install coverboard to the deck. Mechanically attach. Install Duro-last membrane .50 mil thick on the deck, mechanically attached drilling into concrete. Heat weld overlapping seams. Install Duro-last membrane .50 mil thick on the walls, mechanically attached. Terminate under stone coping cap with termination bar. Field fabricate curbs. Terminate around windows and coping with termination bar.Install counter flashing to deflect water around the perimeter and top of windows. Install pre-manufactured boots around all protrusions. Install two-way vents throughout the roof. Install new drains. Terminate around scuppers. Roof will be installed to manufacturers specifications. All roofs will be inspected by the manufacturer after installation for warranty purposes.
