Work Description
descriptiontear off part of roof (22 square) rebuild 12 x 18 section of sheeting, rafters, ridge pole and ceiling joists, re shingle, replace broken fascia boards, soffit and gutters, replace 3 chimney covers and concrete caps. demo drywall flooring and trims from 3 rooms and a hallway below damaged roof section, remove and replace insulation in most of the attic. suspected plumbing vent damage- unknown at this time.
