The previous user group of the space, the proposed new user group, & The neighbouring Tenant user group are all B. The work scope involves new interior partitions & new bathrooms/plumbing fixtures. New distribution extension to existing HVAC equipment. New interior finishes. No change in square footage, exterior envelope, or excavation of the site
