Work Description
descriptionFire damage restoration including moderate structural repairs. The current scope includes structure, windows, doors and roof repairs to make the property weather tight prior to work to be completed by additional trades. No change to exterior dimensions or interior layout. The initial permit request is to ensure the structure can be returned to habitable condition prior to bringing on additional trades for bids and finish work.
