descriptionComplete roof replacement including: Full tear-off and removal of the existing roofing system down to the roof deck • Inspection of the existing steel roof deck, with replacement of any deteriorated sections as required • Installation of a new insulation system consisting of polyisocyanurate insulation to achieve approximately R-30 • Installation of localized tapered insulation at drain locations to promote positive drainage • Installation of a new Johns Manville 60 mil TPO roofing system, mechanically fastened in accordance with manufacturer specifications • Installation of new flashing at all penetrations, curbs, drains, and terminations • Installation of new retrofit roof drain assemblies • All work to be performed in accordance with Johns Manville requirements and applicable building codes
