Work Description
descriptionThe temporary structure consists of a steel reaction frame, hydraulic jacks, instrumentation, and associated reaction piles for foundation load testing at the Broadwing Energy Project. The scope includes installation of one 24-inch-diameter auger cast-in-place test pile and one 18-inch-diameter auger-grouted rigid inclusion, together with supporting reaction piles. The 24-inch test pile will undergo axial compression testing and lateral testing. The 18-inch rigid inclusion will undergo axial compression testing.
