Work Description
descriptionReplacement of existing elevated residential deck with new approximately 455 sq. ft. attached deck. Work includes new concrete piers, pressure-treated wood framing, decking, guardrails, ledger connection, structural hardware, and associated framing and foundation work. Deck will generally follow the existing deck footprint.
