Work Description
descriptionConstruct a new wood handicapped ramp. Add a platform above the existing porch to place the ramp at the same elevation as the front door. Steps will be installed to allow access to the driveway. Posts will be placed in concrete 3' below the ground to provide frost protection. Handrails will be installed along the ramp and the steps. The ramp and platform will not be attached to the residential home.
