descriptionReplace existing overhead service to code compliant 100a meter/panel combo, replace existing panel with new 100a code compliant panel and breakers, replace duplex receptacles for GFCI receptacles where required, insall wireless interconnected smoke/CO2 detectors throughout home where required. Secure loose wiring, install missing covers on junction boxes, install splices inside junction boxes with covers, and install lights where required in basement. Replace two ceiling fans with light kits in bedrooms, Add GFCI next to switch in bathroom and disconnect receptacle under vanity, Run new circuit and switch for new furnace.
