Work Description
descriptionCurrent door threshold is only about 6" above the ground/patio which is going to require excavating to make enough room to fit the framing and beam. basically replacing the current brick paver patio. 382 total square feet see plan drawing for dimensions. 55LF of railing around the edge with 2 36" gaps. There is also a large stump right at the corner that will need to be removed or delt with in some way.
