descriptionProject Description *Dig new footings along North, East, and West sides of existing garge. Frame new walls to match South side of house elevation. Remove existing rafters on North lower portion of roof and garage and install new trusses on 24" centers to match existing roof line of South side of house. Install gable set trusses on 24" centers on East side of garage to extend garage 5' to the East. Install gable set trusses on 24" centers on West side of garage and porch to extend structure 12' to the West.
