descriptionThe building will be demolished, and debris will be hauled to a certified landfill. Foundation walls will be removed to city code (3 feet below grade and floor fracture cracked to allow drainage) and masonry materials will be used as part of fill. Voids will then be backfilled with dirt to match surrounding grade. Site will then be seeded.
