descriptionThe 1 story warehouse will be demolished. Debris will be hauled to a certified landfill.Foundation walls will be removed 3 feet below grade and floor will be fracture cracked for drainage. Masonry materials will be used as part of fill.Voids will then be backfilled to match surrounding grade. Site will then be seeded.
